    After 3 races during Summer Nationals for UMP Mods portion, which Treb Jacoby of O'Fallon, Missouri held the big bank check each time in victory lane his 2025 plans for the rest of the year aren’t slowing down much 

    “We’re currently done with Hell Tour races the rest of the year, none of them fit the schedule we have planned the rest of the year, this weekend is $2k to win BMods, $1500 to win  at I-55 Federated Auto Parts Raceway then Saturday night $2000 to win AMods.” exclaimed Treb  

    “We’re going to race Mods Gone Wild, Mod Mania (x3), BMods are racing at Peoria 10k, BMod Bash, BMod Nationals, The Reutimann Memorial at Volusia, and the Dome!

    NIGHT TWO PAYS DIVIDENDS FOR JACKSON WELLING AT MOHAWK INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY

     

    n only his second time in a center seat limited sportsman 12-year-old Jackson Welling of Star Lake, New York convincedly won the Limited Sportsman Modified feature at Mohawk International Speedway in Akwesasne, New York last night. 

    Jackson, who attends Norwood-Norfolk Central School should be popular this morning with students and staff and  making new fans. 

    Sponsored by Steve and Tammy Mackin at Shindigz on the River, Frank Mackin at M&M Trucking, Brandon Planck at DIG Race Products, Dave Thompson at Thompson Motorsports, and Danny Matthews Grasse River Paving, Welling led all laps to bring home a wild celebration in victory lane before an approving crowd.  

    “My dad is my crew chief and puts in endless hours at the shop working on the cars and teaching me.” said Jackson 

    “Also on my crew are Darren, Little Darren, Bucky, Chris, Loik, BJ, Bub, Anthony, and whoever shows up to lend a helping hand.” 

    “I started karting at 10 and ran from here to Daytona. “ 

    “I’ve grown up around racing and was at my first race a week after I was born.” laughed Jackson  

    “I’ve spent my whole life watching guys like Sheppard, Williamson, and my favorite of all time, Dale Planck.” 

    “My dream would be to be the guy kids are watching as they grow up.” 

    However, that was just my second time driving one of these, so we don’t really have plans beyond this right now.” 

    “Just soaking up this moment and looking forward to Friday!” he concluded
