Leave it to Paris, Tennessee's Lucas Lee #12 to upset what folks thought was a given and claim the traditional P.J. Wiggins Memorial trophy and big bank check away from last year's winner Apollo Beach's Devin Dixon #2 Saturday night at the Ocala Speedway in Ocala, Florida.
Dixon would jump out from his inside row two starting spot to capture the lead before they came across the line for lap one and continue to lead the event for 36 of the 50 laps.
The dog fight was behind as Lee, Clearwater, Florida's Bryan Bernhardt #B69, Panama City, Florida's Todd Neiheiser #72 and Seymour, Tennessee's Pierce McCarter #71 all wanted their turn at Dixon until Lee and McCarter got together leaving McCarter sitting in turn one and sending Lee to have techs check out his left rear.
"I really didn't mean to get into Pierce as we are friends and I feel bad about that." said Lee post race
"I thought I had gotten a left rear flat."
It then was up to Lee to go after the 2026 January "Hangover" winner at Ocala Dixon and that he did from 3rd taking the lead on lap 36 and holding off Dixon at the finish by almost a second to bring his TwoSeven Trucking, Darty Trailer Sales LLC, Turners Landscaping and Hardscape, ADS/Allen Disposal Service, Tank Lining of Paris, Ditch Digger Warehouse, Outlander Crossfit, Wiles Racing Driveshafts, Fox, Allgaier Performance, Elite Chassis, Mullins Engines to victory lane. .
After Dixon in second it was Starke, Florida's Jason Garver #27 in third, Panama City, Florida's Todd Neiheiser #72 fourth and Keystone Heights, Florida's Jarrett Hughes #5 rounding out the top five.
Heats were won by Lucas Lee #12 and Bryan Bernhardt #B69.

Seth Geary #7G of Gibsonton, Florida dominated the weekend for the P.J. Wiggins Memorial by winning all three nights of the Street Stock part of this traditional event at the Ocala Speedway.
Geary a regular competitor in Open Wheel Mods put his new Boyd’s prototype chassis Boyd brothers built Street Stock with his Fat Back motor to the test winning everything over the weekend with only it's second outing.
At the drop of the green on the final night Seth took off with an early lead and although officially leading every lap the challenges, while few were somewhat impressive.
Belleview, Florida's Patrick Mennnenga #16 who had won his heat race earlier starting from the pole dropped to second before lap 1 but pressured Seth periodically through lap 9 before dropping back .
Ivedent Lloyd #21 of Ocala, Florida started from his sixth starting spot and worked methodically to get on Geary's back bumper and pass him momentarily throughout laps 21-28 but a determined Geary in his Superior Bearing and Supply, Racecar Engineering, Simpson Race Products, machine opened up a lead the last 5 laps winning by .076.
Starke, Florida's Jason Garver #27 would finish third, Ocala's Mike Stalnaker #8 fourth and Jeff Stalnaker Jr. #9 from Ocala would round out the top five.

Pierce McCarter of Seymour, Tennessee brought his Beeman Lumber / Tennessee Homemade Wines / HR Concrete Solutions / McCarter Farms #71 to rest in victory lane on night two of the P.J. Wiggins Memorial weekend at Ocala Speedway.
It wasn't an easy task as McCarter had to hold off Thursday night's winner Devin Dixon #2 of Apollo Beach, Florida and Panama City, Florida's Todd Neiheiser #72
Dixon who started tenth worked his way through traffic aggressively and even with a late race caution couldn't surpass the charging McCarter.
The feature looked to be going another way at the drop of the green as pole sitter Port Royal, Pennsylvania's Lane Snook in the Jerry Foster owned #5 and Paris, Tennessee's Lucas Lee #12 looked to be the class of the field until Snook spun and went pit side while Lee developed a tire issue which gave McCarter the advantage.
While Dixon finished second and Neiheiser third, Brad Deyoung #7 of Wheatfield, Indiana took home fourth place honors and Clearwater, Florida's Bryan Bernhardt #B69 rounded out the top five.

February 19th, 2026

Geary led every lap of the 20 lap event with his only early race nemesis being Ocala, Florida's Jason Gamble #77 until handling issue plagued Gamble relishing him to a eighth place finish.
